WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
Module 1: Intentional Communication

Module 2: Advanced Listening & Emotional Intelligence
Move beyond hearing to truly understanding. Develop the emotional awareness that allows you to read a room, ask powerful questions, and connect with people at a deeper level.
Module 3: Feedback as a Leadership Tool
Master the art of giving feedback that develops capability rather than creates defensiveness. Learn to receive feedback with genuine curiosity and turn it into real change.
Module 4: Psychological Safety & Trust
Understand how to create team environments where people feel safe being themselves, taking risks, and contributing fully. Psychological safety isn't nice-to-have—it's the foundation of performance.
Module 5: Navigating Conversation Types
Develop skill in different conversation contexts: performance coaching, goal-setting, recognition, and difficult feedback. Each requires different approaches and skills.

Each week combines two substantial elements designed to work together:
SELF-PACED VIDEO LEARNING (90 minutes/week)
Access 40+ professionally produced video lessons on the LMS platform. Each lesson covers key concepts with real-world examples and practical frameworks. Access transcripts, resources, and interactive learning materials 24/7. Learn at your own pace while maintaining consistent forward momentum. Includes integration activities to deepen your learning.
1:1 COACHING SESSIONS (90 minutes/week)
Work with a certified executive coach to apply each week's learning to your real situations. Practice new skills, get personalised feedback, and adjust your approach based on what's actually happening in your team. Bring real challenges—your coach helps you navigate them with the frameworks you've learned. This is where the real transformation happens.
WEEK 12 INTEGRATION
The final week brings everything together through scenario-based role-plays. Practice navigating complex, realistic situations that require all the skills you've developed. Build muscle memory in a safe space so you're ready when these situations arise for real.

A: Yes. The program is designed for busy leaders: 90 minutes of self-paced video (watch when you want, often broken into smaller segments) and 90 minutes of coaching (scheduled at a time that works for you). Most participants integrate this into existing routines, treating coaching like an important weekly meeting.
Q: What if I miss a coaching session?
A: Life happens. You can reschedule within the same week. The coaching sessions are designed to build on each other, so consistency is important, but we work with your schedule.
Q: Do I need any preparation before starting?
A: No. The program is designed for experienced leaders at all levels. You bring your real situations, and we meet you where you are.
Q: How do I access the platform?
A: Upon enrollment, you'll receive login credentials to our Learning Management System (LMS). All video lessons, resources, and community access are through this platform. You can access anytime, anywhere.
Q: Is there a group component?
A: Your coaching is 1:1, which is where the real work happens. There's an optional community forum for peer connection with other participants, but the core learning is personalised coaching with your dedicated coach.
Q: What if I have questions during the week?
A: Your coach is available via email for urgent questions. The community forum also has peer support. During your weekly 90-minute session, you have plenty of time to address anything that's come up, ask clarifying questions, and deepen your learning.
Q: What happens after the 12 weeks?
A: You keep your lifetime access to all video lessons and resources. Many participants continue working with coaches after the formal program, though that's optional. The community remains active for ongoing peer support and accountability.
